Just for Youth
You Deserve to Live Above the HighOMG... The Teen Years

TBH ... Not Everyone's Doing It
Don’t be fooled by what you see in movies or on social media – most teens are actually focused on their health, school, and the future. Studies show that drug and alcohol use among teens is way lower than you might think. So, if you’re not using substances, you’re in good company!

BTW ... You Can Help Yourself and Others
Using drugs or alcohol can happen to anyone, and starting young makes it way easier to get hooked. Vaping, drinking, or popping pills might seem fun at first, but it can quickly turn into a serious problem. If you or someone you know is struggling, talk to a trusted adult ASAP. It could be a parent, teacher, or school counselor – they’re there to help, and you don’t have to go through it alone.
