Just for Youth

You Deserve to Live Above the High

OMG... The Teen Years

Being a teenager can be super exciting, but also overwhelming at times. Learning to handle your emotions, make good choices, and set goals are key skills for staying on track. While it’s normal to try new things, avoid risky stuff like drugs and alcohol – they can mess with your future. Make smart choices now, so you can reach your goals and live a life you love!

TBH ... Not Everyone's Doing It

Don’t be fooled by what you see in movies or on social media – most teens are actually focused on their health, school, and the future. Studies show that drug and alcohol use among teens is way lower than you might think. So, if you’re not using substances, you’re in good company!

BTW ... You Can Help Yourself and Others

Using drugs or alcohol can happen to anyone, and starting young makes it way easier to get hooked. Vaping, drinking, or popping pills might seem fun at first, but it can quickly turn into a serious problem. If you or someone you know is struggling, talk to a trusted adult ASAP. It could be a parent, teacher, or school counselor – they’re there to help, and you don’t have to go through it alone.
